LAB Electro Pneumatic Trainer Model PT3 is a very versatile self - contained training package for the teachers & students to perform various experiments in electro pneumatics . LAB’s Electro pneumatic Trainer meets the requirements of providing practical "HANDS ON"" training and can be used both as an experimental kit and as a demonstrator. Electro Pneumatic Trainer is an ergonomically designed, sophisticated, indigenous new generation pneumatic teaching aid specially developed to impart the best practical training in electro pneumatic. It can be used as a Live Demonstrator to show functioning of various pneumatic / electro pneumatic components and control circuits. Various electro pneumatic circuits can be easily made due to special design of the trainer. Many experiments can be performed A detailed and comprehensive instruction manual & video demo CD is provided along with the trainer.

MANIFOLD : 6 Ports, 1/4 inch, fitted with elbow quick couplings. Outlet of FRL is connected to inlet of manifold. All the ports have regulated pressure and make pressure source for the trainer.
Air Compressor: Max. Pressure : 8 - 10 bar.
Power: 2 HP.
Filter Regulator Lubricator: :Filter: Press type manual drain for easy operation.
Regulator: Non-raising press to lock adjusting knob
for locking at any set point.
Lubricator: Fine adjustment for lubrication.

Reed Switch :
The reed switch and clamp assembly is mounted
on the air cylinder for proximity sensing. The piston
of the cylinder is equipped with a permanent magnet
which activates the reed switch on approaching it.
The reed switch closes the circuit giving an electrical
signal, which could be used further as required.
The accuracy of the sensing distance depends
on the speed of operation of the piston.
